Waninga. Hair-string attached to narrow central pole and cross bars. Condition: Extremely fragile; hair-string has deteriorated over time [Currently on backing board with extra (card) coss-supports]

Representing the body of a rat, the main part is supposed to be the trunk of the animal, the point end, the tail, and the handle end, the head. (Register) Local name: Waninga. When used the handle end was carried downwards. The cross bars represent the limbs. Central Australia. (Register)
