My dear Howitt,
I enclose your letter on which is marked he information which you desire in regard to the presence of absence of the papers from the P.L. Before you come down will you send me word and I will make arrangements to have what volumes you want gathered together in a room where you can work away from the unwashed crowd.
I shall be delighted to see you in September.
Yours very sincerely
W. Baldwin Spencer.
